This already challenging task at hand had another layer of complexity to it – Motive required manpower to fill the gap in the team responsible for executing daily operations and projects.
While Motive was out on a hunt to hire experienced professional Web Front-end developers, our trusted clients helped our case by putting in a good word for us. Motive decided to embark on a journey to extend their teams, and wanted an experienced technology services partner to take on the challenge. After vetting top providers, Motive chose VentureDive as their trusted outsourcing partner. They wished to onboard developers with expertise in front-end development as part of the initial agreement.
After the initial discovery and discussion of Motive’s long-term goals and rebranding efforts, we curated a team with years’ worth of experience in mobility to assist them. Highly impressed by our talent, professionalism & work ethic, Motive decided to move forward and build a long-term partnership with VentureDive by onboarding talent from our Design and QA department as well.
Motive’s resource partnership with VentureDive started off with bi-weekly team syncs to create seamless communication on both ends. We evaluated the project needs and features to be built to draw out estimations and set the right expectations from the start.
Our engineers quickly adapted to their new role and their active participation and timely delivery were fondly appreciated by Motive. Soon the resource count for Web Front-End developers rose to 8, in 2022, 5 for Quality Assurance and 3 from our Design department. Out of these, 4 of our resources were acqui-hired by Motive. We ensured clear and concise communication, keeping the client’s involvement in all major project activities a priority.

Using our assisted architecture and engineering approach, Motive transformed the road safety and profitability of its operations by providing service across all economies. With our extensive team support, they were able to address old challenges, and introduce new features targeted around their new AI Dashcam and automated driver coaching. This, coupled with an intuitive ELD reporting mechanism resulted in a more simplified complex regulation and compliance tool that helped automate routine.
After nearly 2 years of a long-term partnership with Motive, VentureDive was proud to contribute to their success under a new name. Our skilled engineering practices left a positive impression on their team, that they acqui-hired a few of our engineers and designers. They were able to grow their scope of services to offer better customer experience and cater to more clients globally.
